Key Holding Service and Alarm Response.
A wake-up call for your key holders?
Your appointed key-holders have probably been there: the phone rings in the wee small hours of a cold wet night and they have to get down to your premises to switch off the alarm that has been triggered by someone's cat.
That is probably the most common and yet the least important reason for opting for a professional key-holding service. Alarm response should never be entrusted to unqualified personnel. Active Security officers are trained to respond quickly and appropriately to any circumstances that suggest security may have been compromised.
If necessary, our officers will liase with the emergency services. Thorough external and internal inspections are carried out to ensure the integrity of all points of access before re-setting the alarm and locking down the premises.
- All observations and all actions taken are logged.
- All keys are secured in our company safe, accessed exclusively by and under the supervision of senior members of staff.
- All keys are insured for up to £25,000.
